March Mindfulness Challenge

You are going into the fourth week and you are still going strong. There is only a few days left in this challenge. Unbelievable.

This is what is coming up next week:

Sunday, March 22:
Eat a piece of your favourite candy and take some time to notice and name its flavours.

Monday, March 23:
Smile at a stranger and be aware of their reaction.

Tuesday, March 24:
Try to aim for two hours of no screen time today.

Wednesday, March 25:
Find your inner zen. Try to meditate for 5 minutes today.

Thursday, March 26:
Declutter one small area of your space today.

Friday, March 27:
Take 2 minutes today and close your eyes. Focus on the sounds around you.

Saturday, March 28:
Do a stretch at the end of the day, before you go to bed and be aware of what parts of your body you can feel the most.
